Financial details are processed by Stripe and Paypal for the purposes of payment. No financial details are stored in any way by thinkyprint or its website.

We handle delivery via Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service. Delivery details are imported from the thinkyprint website into Royal Mail’s online postage service. A delivery label is then printed in-house with the delivery details that you provided for the order.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. However, we may disclose information about you

– in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
– in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);

How long we retain your data

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. The thinkyprint Website is hosted by Siteground – a specialist WordPress Web Hosting Provider. We only operate in the United Kingdom. The data centre, that handles our web services, is based in London. Data is not transferred internationally. The website is run on the WordPress platform.

– The following security is deployed at the server level on Siteground servers:
Account Isolation – Uses chroot so shared server safe i.e. Apache in a chrooted environment with suExec.
WordPress-Specific Firewall – prevent DDOS & provides Brute Protect.
Hardware traffic filtering and software … also limits login attempts.
Latest PHP and MySQL versions.
Siteground use Mod security on the server.

– The following security is deployed at the wordpress level:
Htaccess is used to provide numerous security rules e.g. blocking access to wp-login.php and wp-admin, blocking access to the htaccess file itself, disabling xml-rpc, blocking include-only files, protecting wp-config, disabling directory browsing.
Usernames are unique. Passwords are 128 digits for logon.
