thinkyprint is an online e-commerce website that sells print-on-demand printed products. thinkyprint trades with consumers in the UK only.

The website currently does not allow account creation. We thereby do not hold your details in an account
The website currently does not allow comments and consequently no personal data is collected regarding comments.
The website currently does not have a contact form.

For the purposes of visiting our site

While you visit our site, we’ll track:
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of basket contents while you’re browsing our site. 

For the purposes of an order

The website collects the following information for the purposes of an order:
First Name, Last name, Address, Delivery details (if different) and any order notes/ personalised messages. The data is collected for delivery purposes.
Phone, The data is collected to contact the customer in the event of a problem with an order or to facilitate the terms of the order.
Email address. The data is collected to email order details to the customer.
Financial details are processed by Stripe and Paypal for the purposes of payment. No financial details are stored in any way by thinkyprint or its website.
We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
Send you information about your order
Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
Process payments and prevent fraud
Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
Improve our store offerings
Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

Who we share your data with

We handle delivery via Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service. Delivery details are imported from the thinkyprint website into Royal Mail’s online postage service. A delivery label is then printed in-house with the delivery details that you provided for the order.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. However, we may disclose information about you
– to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
– in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
– in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
– to the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling.

Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.

How long we retain your data

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for ten years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses. Analytics data is kept for one year.

What rights you have over your data

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. We will provide this information and if you so require delete any data.

How we protect your data

The thinkyprint Website is hosted by Siteground – a specialist WordPress Web Hosting Provider. We only operate in the United Kingdom. The data centre, that handles our web services, is based in London. Data is not transferred internationally. The website is run on the WordPress platform.

– The following security is deployed at the server level on Siteground servers:
Account Isolation – Uses chroot so shared server safe i.e. Apache in a chrooted environment with suExec.
WordPress-Specific Firewall – prevent DDOS & provides Brute Protect.
Hardware traffic filtering and software … also limits login attempts.
Latest PHP and MySQL versions.
Siteground use Mod security on the server.

– The following security is deployed at the wordpress level:
Htaccess is used to provide numerous security rules e.g. blocking access to wp-login.php and wp-admin, blocking access to the htaccess file itself, disabling xml-rpc, blocking include-only files, protecting wp-config, disabling directory browsing.
Usernames are unique. Passwords are 128 digits for logon.

– The following security is deployed at the wordpress plugin level:
The security plugin Sucuri is used to monitor the website

– The site is accessed via SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) via the FTP software FileZilla or from Cpanel on the Web Hosting Provider’s system

thinkyprint is run by an in-house and experienced web developer.

The Website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes. We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.
